Starting a 1982 mazda b2200 after sitting for 9 years?

I have come across a 1982 Mazda b2200 that has had one owner and has been taken well care of since the day it was bought. It has a record of every gallon of gas put in to it, that's how meticulous the owner was. It has 85,389 original miles on it. It is a carbureted 2.2 L manual 4 cylinder. It was parked in a covered garage (with open sides) 4/30/2002 with 5.9 gallons of gas in it witch cost $7 then. LoL. Anyways my question is what do I need to do to get this puppy running again? My list so far is replace battery, change the oil & filter, drain old gas and refill with new, replace fuel filter, check spark plugs, squirt some oil in the cylinders (hand crank), spray starter fluid into the carburetor, and replace tires. If there is any other suggestions please let me know. Thank you!
