Started Weightlifting at the gym, but it's hard to keep motivated when I'm so weak....

...How can I Keep it up? It's sad... The Highschool Volleyball team girls can push more weight than me, haha.
It's pretty nerve racking. I Bring my IPOD along, but it always feels like there is some weird Competition going on I don't want to be a part of.

Like yesterday... I haven't been in a gym for years, and I wanted to see where I was So.. (2 Max Rep on the bench) I put on 185 lbs, and got up twice, barely, then the kid I asked to spot for me looked at me like I was some kind of nut-job. and he back to doing sets of 245.

Also, how long til you see results? I'm 6'0 170 lbs. (Not Toned..) I'm trying to eat well.. getting about 100-140g of protein, and try to keep it as clean as I can. I'm going five days a week.. workin on diff stuff each day.
it was only 2 reps i did..
the guy lifting 245 was pretty big...

I'm 25 yrs old.
