Started exercising after giving birth... and I am leaking urine?

When I run I am okay, but I notice that when I JUMP, I leak a small amount of urine each time!!
I gave birth vaginally 9 weeks ago. Gosh is this normal???? Thanks!
TMI but I looked at my vagina and my pee hole looks unusually big! I DID have a catheter during labor... Help.
No kegal exercises.
