I'm a 15 y/o boy and I've never played sport in my life.
I live in an place where almost every young person plays sport, it's the norm. While everybody else plays sport and is part of a sports club(usually hurling or football), I do nothing and its soo depressing because I just feel so left out (the fact I dont play sport makes it especially hard to make friends around here).
Now i'm 15 and I really want to play hurling-
(hurling is like "shinty" or "lacrosse" or "hockey played on a field in the air". Google it, its the no.1 game here and besides, football is boring!).
I have no physical training, I dont even know how to play hurling (or any sport). I would love to play hurling like everybody else but the problem is everybody else started playing it when thay were about 4.
I would really love to play it (I think I already said that). My question is:
How should I go about it? Am I too late to start? Should I take creatine or something to build up fitness to play?
Please help!
