Star Wars Episode 2 Talk/Who is Sipher-Diaz?

I think I finally figured it out who he is. If you need more info he is the person the Kaminoians said ordered the clones in Episode 2. But if it is spelled Sipher Diaz and you take away pher from Sipher Diaz you get Si Diaz. Sound that out and you get Sidious. What do you think?
 
Obi Wan obviously knew him so he did exist.

The Sypher Dias who ordered the clones was very likely Darth Tyrannus/Count Dooku.
Since they said a jedi placed the order, and Jango said that he was recruited by a guy named Tyrannus for the clone job. Dooku/Tyrannus was once a jedi, so I think it fits.
