St. Ives apricot scrub -gentle

Ok I have those stupid fleshy-colored bumps all over my face and I've tried about everything to get rid of them. Now I am trying St. Ives apricot scrub (I have super oily skin) and it makes my skin really soft but there seems to be more of these bumps now than before? I hate this, I don't know how to get rid of them. I dont have any other acne, just these stupid bumps. Could this just be an inital breakout or should I stop using it and try something else? Any suggestions?

see a dermatologist, they'll know what to really do. st ives doesnt really do much imo. i like it but i try to only use it occasionally

It could be an initial breakout. You can try aspirin mask to help with those bumps. I didn't find the scrub that great either. A home microdermabrasion cream will do more for the skin.
