SST Gold Toolbox Professional 5.32 but no unlock

I have SST Gold Toolbox Professional 5.32; I tried to open a Siemens CX65 with no luck. I am using WinPro. The phone goes into service mode when the software tells me to power on and then nothing else. I have carefully followed the instructions and tried several times but no unlock. I had this software on a different computer (WinPro) with the same cable and it did work but after several attempts. The software I am using now I have just bought as the other went with the computer but it looks to be the same set-up. I have tried the whole thing on a computer that has Win98 and I went to unlock and power on came up and phone into service mode and then it switched to reading info and then again nothing. I have asked the suppliers about what can be wrong and all I got was change the baud rate, it did not solve anything.
I would appreciate any information I can get regarding this problem.
