I have a small back yard vegetable n flower garden. I have had major issues for the past two years with squirrels and this year woodchucks, skunks and raccoons.
I bought a BB/Pellet rifle and have since picked off four squirrels. I know gun do's and don't I was raised by the great white hunter of the Catskills. I do not like to hunt or kill animals but It is the survival of the smarts here. I am disabled and I have a set income. an having a garden with my partner helps off set bills and allows us to pay off utilities.
The issues that are coming to a head is. that my one neighbor is growing in her efforts to harass me about protecting my food and property! I thought the law stands that if a nuisance creature is not staying at bay that it can be dealt with!
what I am looking for is Schenectady NY laws on this matter and what can I do . about her harassment!
