Dodge Neon has sputtering problems while accelerating. Doesn't do it from stand still, only while moving then accelerating. Not gear specific, it has done it in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. Leaning towards fuel filter / maybe bad spark plug, but unknown. Any help will be appreciated.
