Sprintt vs. T-Mobile?

Which one is better??? I know it depends on where you are located. But I want a lot of feedback from a lot of people! So everyone tell me which they have an if it is good or not with respect to the voice coverage as well as the data coverage

I use to have sprint and it sucks they use to add things to my plan without me even knowing my bill came up to a total of 1,500 no kidding! it took them like 3 months to credit that money back to me , I currently have t-mobile and I love it plans are affordable and so are the phones.
