I have Sprint's blackberry Tour and ive been trying to download the newest version (5.0) onto my phone. I understand that the over the air update does not work, so i downloaded the file ontop my computer.
The blackberry setup launcher saved onto my desktop, but when i cliked on it to unload the files onto my computer so i could update, when i click FINISH, it does not seem to have been downloaded anywhere on my computer.
What do I do? Ive searched throughout my computer and still can't seem to find the files i need so i can hook up my phone to my computer and update the software.
I have an emachines windows 7 computer.
