Freedom of Stupidity

I recently upgraded from Verizon to Sprint, and found out that my Sprint phone (HTC EVO) was off by about 10-15 seconds from all other phones and devices. Computers, digital TV boxes, everything seemed to switch to the same time simotaniously, while my phone is 10-15 seconds back. Is this just me or do other people see this problem!
