Sprinting training problem please help!?

Hi,
I'm a sophomore in high school and I have this issue. Its early December and I just started going back to track off season at my school. I am a very committed person, so this year I signed up for weight training in order to get ready for track. Everyday since September I have worked hard doing squats, plyometrics, and various core exercises. Now that the off season has started I wanted to impress my fellow friends in track (seniors) my hard work paying off during the workout. The repulsive excuse of a workout left me out of breath and sore. The workout was a jog of 50 meters => sprint/run for 40 meters x4 with 30 second rest in between. How does my hard work pay off now? I am absolutely hellbent on being the best sprinter I can be so I would appreciate any "back breaking" workouts you guys can offer. My events are the 100 and 200 meter sprint. Notice the word "hellbent" >=[
