Does anyone know of track spikes for a varsity level runner? I run 55m,100m, 200m, 400m, 4x1, 4x2, and backup for the 4x4
Im a sophmore getting ready for the indoor season and these were my indoor frosh times:
55- 6.8
200: 25.4
400: 59.2(Hate that event)
800: 2:17
