I just made the track team and i really dont have any experience in it. A couple of my friends and i ran after school to prepare and i barely made the team.
First off i have no idea what kind of form you are supposed to run with. I am a sprinter.
And everytime i sprint i feel like im going to fall head over heels. like my feet cant catch up with my body. Its weird =P
And are there any workouts i can do to improve myself?
