Sprinting on back-to-back days?

Today is Thursday (where I live in) and I'm not free both today and tomorrow. however, I need to finish two more sprint training sessions this week. Would it be ok to do it on back-to-back days (Saturday & Sunday) just this one time? or would I be better off just finishing 1 session this week?

The two session include:
1st session: flying 30m sprints (2 sets of 4 reps)
2nd session: Sprint ladder ( Sprint 100-walk 100-sprint 200-walk 200-sprint 300-walk 300-sprint 200-walk 200...)
