so for some time now i will do the walking for 30sec, jogging for 2-3mins in about a 40min time period for my fat loss, this along with zumba has really helped.
I have heard that interval training is the best for fat loss (hence why i do walk/jog), but my question is, would i get results even faster if i added a couple of sprints in my 40min workout?
today i actually did this.. it went something like:
walk.. jog...walk...sprint...walk...jog...walk...jog.. run up stairs...walk...sprint...walk...jog etc etc.
i did this for about 45mins today.
IS THIS BETTER THAN DOING JUST THE WALKING/JOGGING ALONE?
