If I do only sprinting exercises will my long distance ability be slower or faster?
What type of excersises should I do? I interval train, jogging slowly 400M and then running at about 60% of my pace for 400M and I go until I just can't go any further. Any other hints to what excersises I should do? Please be specific
Will sprinting increase my long distance abilities? I also want excersises that will increase both Sprinting and Long distance capability.
