Sprinting: Im 14 and I play football and I am wondering, would my speed increase

massively from this routine? Is this a good suggestion for me getting faster (sprinting)?
I am 14, and I want to get fast, to help me want to be a footballer, I am desperate to be one.

Would this work:

I was thinking running 4/7 days a week 45 Min's training. 30 Min's of mixture running (Jog And Sprint) and 15 Min's training on leg work muscle and body muscles.
