I wanna know if theres a good way to improve my sprinting. Im gonna do track next year and ill be a junior and earlier i raced my friend in socks and he had spikes and i got like a 13.3 and i beat him by like .5. so im guessing a can run a 12 something but do you have any little tips that i could maybe get to an 11? or just a really low 12
