I am a sprinter. The fastest girl in the school but the skinniest. I can only lift 5 lbs on each side of the bar. Sometimes, after a hard workout I can barely lift the bar. I am the weakest weightlifter but still the fastest on the team. I run against bulky muscular people that are faster than me and I am just wondering... If I work on my weightlifting and become bulky and muscular instead of skinny, will I be faster? What do you think?
