I currently run the 100m and 200m and am 15 years old. Last time I ran the 100m and 200m my PB'S were 12.42 and 25.20. Later I joined a track meet but kept running a damn 12.42. Indoor season came and I did a lot of 60m first I ran 7.91, then 7.83, then 7.90 (had a bad start) And got a new PB just a few weeks ago 7.72. Can I be able to go sub 12 seconds and sub 25 for the 200m? School track season is starting soon and I want to make it to OFSAA. I'm also working onto my start since it is my weakness. Apparently I push back and forth before coming out of the blocks. Sorry for the long reading.
