We have been with Sprint for a year now and I've had it on a family plan previous to this one with my family. When I was on a previous family plan years ago they let us upgrade every year as do most companies, well on this family plan my husband and I have they are telling me that only one of our 2 phones is allowed the $150 upgrade while the other one of our lines has to wait for the 22 month mark! This is absolutely ridiculous! We pay a lot of money for these phones and for this service and have been loyal customers to them and honestly it makes me want to switch carriers! We both want to get one of their most expensive phones you would think they would want the money and the sale! My question is, is there anyway to get around this and get both phones upgraded together as they should be? The plan was opened with the 2 phones on it so we never added on anything later. Thanks!!
