I just got my Samsung moment about 3 weeks ago and the screen broke tonight. It was in a sprint case that they said would "protect" the phone adequately, yet boom fell out of my pocket onto a carpeted floor and it broke.
So my question is does sprint cover the broken screens under their insurance? Also what number would I call to order a replacement, or would it be easier to go in store?
