What she needs to do is intervals. She needs to do this:

Sprint 25m, walk back
Sprint 50m, walk back
Sprint 75m, walk back
Sprint 100m, walk back

She needs to do this 10 times each set 3 to 4 times a week. This should help her cut her time down by a good amount :)

My daughter wants to improve her sprinting for 100m and 200m. At the moment she is in a small athletic club, but they don't do , if any sprint training. She does a lot of races but mainly on natural talent. I was just wondering if there were any sites or does somebody know of any sprint training or just advice.
