sprint training advice?

I sprint 3x a week and lift 3x per week. Can anyone tell me if these workouts are good? I break up my sprint sessions into sprinting speed and sprint endurance workouts. I am training for the 200m sprint.

Sprint speed
- (Warm-up: 5min/700m jog followed by 5 mins of dynamic stretching followed by 5 mins of short drills)
- 5 min rest
- 2 sets of 3 x flying 30m (30m acceleration time + 30m "flying" distance) with 4 mins rest between reps and 7-8 mins rest between sets
(cool down- 400m light jog + 5 min of static stretching)

Sprint Endurance
- (Warm-up: 3min/400m jog followed by 5 mins of dynamic stretching followed by 3 mins of short drills)
- 5 min rest
2x 100m (6 min rest between reps)
2x 200m (8 min rest between reps)
1x 300m (10 min rest between reps)
2x 200m (8 min rest between reps)
2x 100m (6 min rest between reps)
(cool down- 300m light jog + 5 min of static stretching)
