Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T - which sucks least?

Have got to switch out of Verizon. Had Alltel which was great for about 12 years.... until Verizon took over.

So out of Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T - which sucks least?

Most concerned with customer service.
I'm not signing any contract, but will be purchasing re-furb phones.
