sprint service question?

i've been a sprint customer for 10+ years, so I'm a premier customer.
family plan with 3 phones

my LG rumor 2 which is 1 year 18 months has been messing up alot lately
dropping calls, screen blurring not responding, freezing, camera wont work.
should i call them and demand a new phone?

only the main line gets an upgrade every year, which is bull shit, we are loyal customers, what do you think?

ive heard of people calling and they dont want to lose business so they give you wwhat you want.
