I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I tried to start the rooting process according to http://forum.sdx-developers.com/intercept-guides-and-tips/re-instructions-on-rooting-spring-samsung-intercept/ and I got to step 7. I powered off and pressed Vol Down Talk and End at the same time, it booted up to recovery, but I didn't have the choice to install from SD card. I have the options
reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
below that is says
E
ATH: .data/update_success
E:update file is backed up: Reportedted
# MANUAL MODE #
So does anyone know what my problem is? Or how I can root my Sprint Samsung Intercept on FroYo 2.2? Thanks for your help. If you have any questions e-mail me at [email protected] .
