Sprint said a case would be opened to credit my account?

What does this mean? They said they'd call me to open a case to credit my account.

This is what happened,
We ordered unlimited internet air card
They said we went over our 5 gig limit
I said NO I ordered unlimited, I should not have to pay 700$ in fees
and they told me that they were going
to open a case to disuss crediting my account.
What does this mean?

What should I say when they call?
Will they make me pay my 1,107.63$ phone bill?
If so can I cancel my service without penalties?
Will this go on my credit report?
