I got the family plan back in September and bought the Samsung Exclaim. I guess i charged it too much because now it doesn't charge at all, thats my fault. I admit that. They told me I needed a battery replacement but they don't carry the batteries for this phone. I've thought about just getting a replacement but thing is, my mom didn't buy insurance and I'm not sure we have the money to right now. Is there anyway we might be able to reason with Sprint and hopefully get at least a used phone at a discount?
