They charged me $410 for a defective samsung moment I turned in over a month ago! Now they cant find it! I put a despute on it! Bc there is NO WAY im paying for something I turned in! Has anyone had this happen to them? what if I file a claim to the Better Business Bureau...what could they do!? its not my fault they can"t find my phone i turned in
