Sprint Palm Treo Pro; Setting A Ringtone?

I just got the new Sprint Palm Pro yesterday. Everything is great so far. I have just one question though. How can I change my ringtone like for like when I get a text message or when I revieve a call? I've tried setting them but they still won't change when someone calls me. I can't figure it out.
Any suggestions and/or answers are welcome.
