In the absence of my normal phone (off for repairs, if it matters, which it doesn't), I am using an old Sprint Palm Treo 700wx phone. I have sort of a history with this phone, and it's caused me nothing but grief, and this time around is no different: when I plug the Treo into the wall charger, the light on the charger lights up, and the phone shows the little charging lightning bolt next to the battery indicator, but the battery indicator itself shows that the battery is still completely drained. I have had it sitting here for upwards of 30 minutes, and yet it still says that it is retaining no charge. What can I do? Ive already tried both soft and hard resets, and I've taped the adaptor into place so I can make SURE it's in there snugly. Any help?
