Hi trying to weigh the pros and cons and make a decision please add any factors I may not have considered. My tmobile contract ends soon (dec 28th) and I just signed up with sprint (nov 19th) and have 30 days to get out....you really don't know what you got until you try it.
ok I need 2 lines and unlimited minutes and 2 new bb curves.
Sprint:
$129/month (plus taxes etc) (pro)
unlimited calls does not include land lines (con)
customer support not impressive (con)
phones cost $150 buy 1 get 1 free + $100 rebate(pro)
long pause before call starts annoying (con)
had to Google to figure out contact number (big con)
new 2 year contract (con) unfamiliar (con)
Tmobile:
$139/month (plus taxes) (con)
includes landlines (pro)
love the customer support (pro)
phones elligiable for upgrade full price but 20/mths to pay (big con)
smooth calling (pro)
contact info already in address book (pro)
DEC 28 free from contracts forever! (big pro)
familiar w/ co, website etc (pro)
If you have experienced either or can offer any advice that I may have not considered please chime in and help me make this decision. Thanks!
