I just got a new Sprint Optimus phone today from radio shack. I think it's activated because I can call and text people, but when I click the home screen, it says welcome to Sprint ID and that I need to install an ID. When I click install, it tells me that the network is unavailable and mobile network connection is required to view this content. The guy at the store said it should be ready in about 10 minutes but its been about 3 hours. Any help? Thank you, I'm not really good with this kind of stuff.
