My wife has a samsung moment and her friend tried to break the lock pattern but couldnt and locked the phone.the next screen comes up and the phone asks for email and password but no matter what i type in it shows up wrong username and password.So im completely locked out the phone.Is there anyway to hard reset the phone using the hard keys or reflash the phone anyway?
