Sprint Mod for Fallout 3?

So i download sprint mod for fallout 3 and install into the game. Check the data at fallout 3 launcher main menu. Got it on and when it said to bind the sprint to any key how do you do that? Its in to game when you press the tab button, I've read the instructions and everything but I can't make it work. Also its on Nofose mode what does that mean?
