I have a Samsung Instinct and I was trying to connect it to my computer through Sprint Media Manager and no matter what USB port I plug it into, top or bottom, it repeatedly tells me that there appears to be no memory card in the phone. I removed it and put it back and still it told me there was no memory card. Can anyone tell me what I should do to get my phone to work????????
