So im wondering id anyone has ever gotten and advanced exchabge before..i took it to the tech and he ordered me a new phone and the sales associte said the device would be new but i wouldnt get a box and would keep my battery and memoery card and stuff so i wamna know does that sound right ot do they send refurbished phones? Anyone get a new phone using this systwm..i mean the same model just new not defective or did they send a refurbished one..thanks.
