I've recently bought a Sprint HTC Mogul mobile device, but now I'm having problems. I didn't do anything to it, it was just sitting there... and then the screen went off. Everything still works, it's just the screen is black. I called it using a different phone, and I pressed the answer button that is located on the outside of the phone, not the screen... and it connected the call. So I know it works, but nothing is showing up on the screen. I think it might be just a contrast problem, because this has happened to a previous cell phone of mine. Does anyone know if there is a way I can change the contrast (using the keyboard on the phone)? Or if you know what the ACTUAL problem could be? I would greatly appreciate it! : )
