Sprint HTC EVO g4 please help?

I tried to go to market then it asked me my password to gmail but i typed in the wrong password and now i cant retry and when i try to go to market or gmail or google it wants me to type in a security code i do that but it never ends it just sends another and I try to sign out but it doesn't work it says that the gmail is required for some applications and to go to privacy and restore to factory defaults and try again but i look at settings where it should be but there is no privacy so what do i do
 
I'm deaf and woman, live UK. I need pay mobile htc with words both language HEBREW/English, I waiting 7 years still not have Hebrew in mobile at UK, now I still old mobile from 7 Years. Please let me know if have hebrew at mobile 'htc' and at UK now? or if not have should cost down unfiar people hirning full access Music and DVD/Film only sound not have subtitles, etc....
