Hey,
Im currently losing my weight got bout 25lbs. Thats not the problem. See i jog for exercise and im interested in getting my 100m sprint faster. Currently i think i can do about 13-13.5 but im 15 yrs sooo.
But yeah im just wondering how i can mix it in you know whether i should just try out my 100m sprint b4 i begin my jog or vice versa. And id appreciate some tips from those who actually do train on there 100m to see what ur tips are for that.
