sprint doesnt have my social, can they charge me?

basically i know a sprint rep, and she got me on a sprint business account and never asked for my social or tax id. so technically, if i were to start a brand new sprint account, and never paid that other line, they couldnt technically make me pay anything right? they have no way to ruin my credit or prove its me on the account because its only under a fake business name (given to me by the sprint rep). thanks
