Hi, so I have a REALLY annoying problem with my Samsung Moment cell phone for Sprint. I ordered this phone off the internet and it would charge fine and work fine for about 2 weeks. Then it slowly would stop charging fully, it would say it charged fully when it really wasn't, etc. It got to the point where when I hooked it into the charger it wouldnt charge unless at some sort of odd angle. At first I thought it was the charger I had recieved with it, so I went to buy one and yet it STILL didn't work. I would now take it off the charger, saying it had "full battery" send one text message and it would be at 0 battery. I went to sprint and thye couldnt fix it so they ordered me a new one and I got it, worked fine for a week, now the SAME THING HAPPENS! It will not charge on the charger I have, a samsung charger my brother uses for his phone, or anything! This is the new one they just gave me! UGH! Can I ask them to just give me another phone? I am so tired of this!! Please help!
No, I know I had an App Killer that isnt the point, the problem now is the whole phone won't charge and it is seriously the most annoying thing ever
