OK, so i got the Rumor Touch because my rumor was getting old. I gave my rumor to my dad. I discovered the Rumor Touch really wasn't what i wanted so i asked my dad to take it back or a full refund. But the Samsung exclaim attracted my eye so i got that plus a 35 dollar restocking fee. When i got the phone it really lagged and i wanted to take it back. But my dad said he would take it and give me back my rumor. But i didn't want this. I wanted to trade it in again for a blackberry but they said only 1 trade allowed. My dad wants to wait 30 days so he can get his rebate. Then he will start complaining to Sprint. He says they will get sick of him and give him a "Freebee". What should we do?
( I know this is pretty much my fault, I feel guilty enough making my dad spend all this money during this recession. I just need some advice. )
