Sprint cell phone, Changed Phone Number, GPS won't work?

I have had the samsung rant for a while and then I changed my phone number. Before I changed it around a month ago, I could use it fine. This is the first time i've tried to use my gps since after I changed my number, and it says I have to purchase it even though it is included in my plan... does anyone know why and what I can do?
