I just got the moment and wanted it so bad, I hate it. If you search message boards a common issue that sprint isn't acknowledging is the phone mutes or goes to speaker during a call. My work email won't work with this phone. It has three main screens on it, i've had one to just disappear along with all the apps I downloaded to it. But the muting is the real pain, I've muted 98% of my calls in 3 days. I took it back and the store found me a blackberry tour 9630 at another store and i'm picking it up today. I'd wait til it's been out and upgraded or something.
