I recently bought a Blackberry Tour from a company that is out of business now. The company has no contact info, I called Sprint to activate the Phone, as I already have a Sprint account, and they said that the phone was already activated on an uncleared account. The only way they could release it, they say, is to get the people to deactivate it. As this is impossible, does anyone know any other way, or if they can actually unactivate it without the person calling in?
