sprint, at&t, verizon 10 points?

ok I have a few questions. if I joined at&t or verizon or sprint.. paid the deposit.. kept the service for like 2-3 months, pay the cancellation fee, get the deposit back & keep the phone or will they charge full price? also do you know of any phone company that will do a 1 year contract? 10 points
